The media does not represent the voice of the Sikh community. They presume to speak for us, but the “Sikhs” they have speaking do not present the point of view of the majority in our community. The truth is, it seems that most Sikhs support Khalistan. We condemn terrorism, the targetting of innocent human beings, and the devastating attack on Air India.

I could have also cited in this regard Professor Sholmo Sand of Tel Aviv University, who traced the invention of the Jewish “nation” to 19th-century Germany and the same folkish chauvinism that gave rise to German National Socialism, but I doubt even that would have made any difference.
